BC Workspace were instructed by technology company Rakon to design and fit-out their new UK head office in Cambourne, Cambridgeshire. The office scheme comprised of a reception and seating area, two meeting rooms with an operable wall in-between, four private offices, a kitchen/breakout room, a server room, a prober room, environmental lab and an engineering lab.

The project works included:

• Installation of a new HVAC system
• Alterations to the existing lighting and fire alarm layouts
• Installation of electrics and data cabling
• Installation of solid and glass partitioning
• Installation of an operable between meeting rooms
• Installation of bespoke joinery including a coffee bar and storagewall
• Decoration
• Flooring inc. static dissipative vinyl
