    Reducing any future dilapidation obligations.

    Having been the incumbent Cat A fit-out contractor for the landlord, with the assistance of the surveyor, bc workspace were able to design the tenant’s fit-out to consciously reduce any future dilapidation obligations.

    Works included:

    • Installation of solid and glass partitioning to form a boardroom, meeting rooms and staff breakout area
    • Corporate vinyl manifestations to the glass partitioning
    • Installation of power & data
    • Kitchen to the staff breakout area
    • New floor coverings throughout; vinyl flooring and carpet
