What does a refurbishment
consist of?

Sometimes a move of premises is not feasible and a refurbishment of an existing premises is the only option. It can be to create more space for a growing number of staff, give an office a facelift, update the technology, communications and M&E or merely to accommodate new sides to the business.

Often, the existing staff have to remain in situ whilst these works are undertaken. This is where, BC Workspace will create a phasing programme allowing the day to day business to continue whilst the necessary works are being undertaken with minimal disruption to the staff.
