BC Workspace fulfilled both their design and construction responsibilities, utilising and recycling existing assets where feasible. Particular care was taken to generate and maximise light and accentuate the residual features of the space

Works included decoupling fire and HVAC controls from previous tenant’s systems and re-authoring to the building’s main panels and BMS.

Achieved on time within an 8 week program and delivering the project under budget at close to £20 per square foot.
