BC Workspace recently completed the office fit-out and furniture installation of the third floor at 34–36 Gray’s Inn Road, London.

The project focused on creating a warm, welcoming and contemporary working environment for the incoming tenant. The design combines a palette of neutral tones and tactile textures with carefully considered pops of muted colour, creating a comfortable and refined workspace.

The scope of works included the installation of a new glazed meeting room, a bespoke kitchen area incorporating an island and banquette seating, and the refurbishment of the existing washrooms. The project also included new small power and data installations, LED lighting, air conditioning, full redecoration, and new carpet and vinyl flooring finishes throughout.

To complete the transformation, BC Workspace delivered a full furniture installation and dressing package, ensuring the space was fully furnished, styled and ready for occupation.
