Following the departure of tenants on the 1st and 2nd floors, our client instructed BC Workspace to carry out light refurbishments and furniture installations for perspective tenants. The office spaces were furnished with bench-style desking, co-working tables, storage inc. personal lockers, meeting furniture and breakout furniture.

Alongside this, BC Workspace also carried out the fit-out of the new "business lounge" in the basement including the installation of bicycle storage, two shower rooms, a breakout area and three meeting rooms inc. furniture.
