A complete refurbishment of a 3-storey premises within the St Paul’s area of the City, bringing an antiquated premises compromised by asbestos contamination to a characterful and contemporary workspace.

Following site establishment and additional surveys, the full extent of the asbestos contamination became evident. The resultant decontamination left the premises requiring an extensive interior re-build. The opportunity was taken to practically and visually improve the building requiring BC Workspace work with the surveyors to design, specify and visualise many spaces and features. A number of spaces within the 3rd floor which had previously been fallow were returned to use, increasing the number of lettable suites and creating a shower locker room.
