    • Flowcrete industrial flooring
    • Smoke and intruder detection

    External works included:

    • Re-lining of car park
    • Delcote systems to roof, rooflights and gutters with single point warranties secured
    • Spraying and revitalising to cladding and external structures
    • Repairs to drainage
    • Installation of EV car-charging points
