BC Workspace have recently completed the refurbishment and furniture installs to multiple office units at Hatchers Yard in London.

With a rich history, this former haulage yard has been redeveloped, embracing its unique character and heritage. The newly refurbished units offer fully furnished, flexible and contemporary spaces for perspective businesses.

Works included the installation of new LED linear lighting, new timber-effect vinyl flooring, full redecoration and upgrading of existing teapoints. Existing furniture on the site was relocated and additional items installed to create a turn-key solution for an incoming tenant. The spaces were finished off with a variety of objet d’art, books, planting and artwork.
