Bold industrial-style aesthetic providing turn-key solution for incoming tenants
BC Workspace have recently completed the refurbishment of the ground floor office, 3rd floor office and common areas of 4-8 White Grounds in London.
Keen to improve the bland entrance and stairwells, the client went for a bold industrial-style aesthetic with exposed brick walls, dark feature walls, concrete-effect flooring, suspended lighting and vibrant signage. The existing bespoke plywood bike rack was enhanced with additional storage and a vibrant optical illusion graphic.
In the office suites works included the installation of new LED linear light fittings, new herringbone vinyl flooring and carpet tiles throughout, full decoration and upgrading of the existing teapoints.
Existing furniture on the site was relocated to both office suites and additional items installed to create a turn-key solution for an incoming tenant. The spaces were finished off with a variety of objet d’art, books, planting and artwork.
