BC Workspace have completed Cat A+ refits with completed tea-points, washrooms, data, power and comms on two floors of 1250 sq. ft of suites at 34-36 Gray’s Inn Road, London.
Washrooms have been reconfigured to double their number and are demised to each office suite.
The works were completed on a D&B basis with the overall design seeking to capitalise on the large number of windows facing in 3 directions and a lighting, HVAC and ceiling plan designed to give the maximum floor to ceiling height available from a building originally constructed in the 1980s.
Common parts, building frontage and the reception area have been re-designed and completely refurbished including a 15 year life-span for the lift.
