Interior Fit-Out

What does an interior fit-out consist of?

The main principal elements of the interior fit-out service are ceilings, partitioning, flooring, joinery, decoration and furniture. On most projects we will also be responsible for the other elements of the building services required including the plumbing, electrics, HVAC and data cabling.

Taking the design and drawings created, either by our own design studio or others, we will physically deliver the project. Throughout, we will only utilise proven suppliers & manufacturers and maintain high standards of health and safety compliance.

Our site activities are delivered in a number of different environments’ each requiring acknowledgement and adaptation of working practices. Projects can be:

Fit-out to completed shell and core construction
Fit-out within a live construction site
Refurbishment of unoccupied premises
Refurbishment within occupied premises

Careful consideration has to be taken to both Health & Safety and client operations.

Highly experienced in working with the CDM Regulations 2015, BC Workspace will utilise a carefully drafted suite of control documentation to ensure that compliance with all aspects of Health & Safety legislation are both maintained and recorded. Both regulatory authorities and clients are able to inspect safety records during and post completion of the project.
