BC Workspace Limited have recently completed the CAT A+ refurbishment and fit-out of the 1st Floor of Marlborough House in Finchley. 

Working with the client CHP Management, surveyors Palmer Glew, M&E consultants Synoptic Consulting Engineers and building control approved inspector Socotec; the floor was sub-divided in to three high-end office demises. The new fit-out comprised:

• a new AC system,
• new programmable LED lighting,
• power and data throughout,
• new plasterboard ceiling
• a black crittall-style glass partitioned meeting room/private office,
• fully fitted kitchens with integrated appliances and solid surface worktops
• decoration throughout including feature colours
• floor coverings throughout with a wood-effect vinyl and abstract carpet tile
• new floor signage
