The design brief for this project was to the refurbish the interiors of the Sales Service Centre, Order Receipt and Order Processing offices to a premium yet robust and functional space.

Objectives included:

• improving employee productivity, morale and engagement with the business.
• improving the overall look and feel of the call centre offices
• improving the corporate branding within the space
• to provide additional meeting and training rooms
• to provide a comfortable and creative breakout area
• to bring the heating and lighting up to current H&S regulations
• to improve the energy efficiency of the space
• to improve productivity and communication between teams
