bc workspace were instructed to convert the 6th in to two separate office units complete with air conditioning, new metal ceilings, modular and feature lighting, high-end flooring, walnut doors and premier ironmongery.

The communal toilets were refurbished with high-end ceramic tiles and sanitary fittings with a new shower room added to the floor.
