BC Workspace recently completed the office interior fit-out and furniture installation of the first floor at 4–8 Whites Grounds, London, transforming the space into a contemporary and functional workplace.

The design focused on celebrating the building’s existing industrial character, retaining and enhancing features such as exposed concrete beams and columns, exposed metal conduit and traywork, suspended black LED linear lighting, and black crittall-effect glazed partitions.

The fit-out included the creation of a bespoke kitchen and breakout area with a central island, a welcoming reception space, and two private meeting rooms. The works also incorporated new small power and data installations, full redecoration, and the installation of new carpet and vinyl flooring throughout.

Completing the transformation, BC Workspace delivered a comprehensive furniture installation and dressing package, bringing together the final elements of the interior to create a fully furnished, styled and move-in-ready workplace for the incoming tenant.
