BC Workspace have recently completed the refurbishment of the 2nd floor of 10 Throgmorton Avenue in the City of London.

The redesign reimagines the floorplate to accommodate a variety of workspace configurations, introducing thoughtfully planned partitions that shape inviting meeting rooms and collaborative zones. A dedicated kitchen and breakout area has been created with premium materials and contemporary finishes, creating a warm, refined social hub.

The interior concept is supported by modernised building systems, including energy-efficient LED lighting and upgraded HVAC, ensuring comfort and performance complement the aesthetic.

Generous existing ceiling heights, fully functional sash windows were coupled with expansive interior glazing.  This maximised the natural light on the floor and created an open, uplifting atmosphere. Finishes throughout have been refreshed to align with the building’s elevated interior specification.

This refurbishment harmonises seamlessly with wider upgrades to the shared amenities, delivering a cohesive, future-ready workspace that blends functionality with design-driven appeal.
