  • Project explanation

A design that meets all practical objectives.

Requiring to accommodate over 70 work-stations with break-out, meeting and demonstration space, the challenge was to develop a design to meet all these practical objectives, whilst projecting the progressive collegiate values of the business.

Full-height external windows, with abundant natural light enabled the creation of a central vane to sub-divide the main office pool. This provided zones for feature furniture and informal break-out space. From a simple rectangular demise, a more organic yet highly functional working environment has been developed.

Construction and installation works were completed within 30 days and included:

    • Data cabling
    • Electrical installation including small power and feature lighting
    • Bespoke storage solutions
    • Desk and seating installation
    • Feature furniture
    • Glazed partitioning and full-height doors
    • Formal and informal meeting space
    • Kitchen and staff recreational space.
    • IT & Comms housing
    • Floor coverings
